A few things to keep in mind as you enter the catalog pages...

• We know you want your new boots just as fast as we are able to deliver them. Therefore, all boots are shipped direct to you from our European factory via Fed Ex International Priority. We have found them to be the quickest, and certainly the most dependable. We charge a flat rate of $80.00 anywhere, world-wide. However, V.A.T. must apply and will be added automatically to all orders shipped to addresses within the European Community. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please note that the heel height listed for each style is for a small foot size of about USA 6, UK 4, or European 37. In order to maintain the proportion, symmetry and balance of the shoe, heel height increases gradually (by just a fraction of an inch) with each successive shoe size. A much larger size, for example USA 12, UK 11 or European 45 would therefore have a heel about 1 inch taller than what is listed in the description.

• All of our boots, with the exception of Emanuelle, Madonna, and Tina, and all stretch leather and nappa leather boots, are leather lined for comfort, durability, and to help the boot shaft retain it's shape every time they're worn. These three boots were designed for an especially leg-hugging fit according to your individual measurements. However as only the finest Pleine Fleur calf leathers are used in the manufacture of your boots, you will find the shaft interior to be of soft suede and remarkably comfortable.

• All boots have beige leather soles.

• Jean Gaborit boots are designed and created by third generation master craftsmen to beautify the foot and leg, and compliment any mode of dress from your favorite "broken-in" jeans to the most elegant skirts, dresses and outerwear. Whether the style is classic or up-to-the-minute, conservative or extreme, all our designs are sturdily constructed and meant to be worn, to be seen ... and admired for years to come.

• Finally, as each pair of boots is custom made to your individual measurements, we are not able to offer refunds. In the unlikely event your boots arrive defective or your specifications are not followed accurately, we offer Full Credit toward a re-order of the same boot or any other size, color, and options. Simply email first for return authorization, stating reason for return and what changes you would like. You will be advised and charged for only those changes which generate additional cost to the original purchase price, such as adding a platform sole or changing the style of zipper. We will, of course, expedite the re-order to minimize the wait for your new boots.

• Current approximate wait from time of order to delivery of boots will be 7 to 8 weeks.
